We provide door-to-door courier service for both local and international orders.
For local orders in Singapore, delivery is complimentary.
- Do you ship internationally?
For overseas purchase, our shipping fees are divided by region :
ZONE 1 (Malaysia) : S$15
ZONE 2 (Indonesia, Hongkong, Macau, Thailand, Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines) : S$30
ZONE 3 (Japan, India, New Zealand, Australia,) : S$45

- Can I get more information about the product I want to buy?

- The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting more in?
We typically do not bring back items that are sold out. If we do, you'll be in for a treat!
- What is your return policy?
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.
It doesn't matter whether you've tried the garment on or not as long as the tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold (have not been altered, washed, without make-up marks, etc.)
Original Shipping charges are non refundable. All Orders receive with Make-Up marks will be returned to sender.
Clients residing in Singapore have the choice of refund or exchange at our own cost.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
- Return Policy Exceptions
We do our best to provide an excellent return policy to ease your shopping experience, and here are some things below for you to take note of:
1. If it's beyond 30 days from date of purchase, we're unable to do a return for you.
2. Returns for items received as gifts must be accompanied with the respective receipt. Please work with the gift-giver in this.
3. Returns are not acceptable on all sale items.
4. Exchanges can be done for sale items provided the item to be exchanged into is still available.
- Can I exchange my order?
You may exchange your product for a different size or style.
We offer exchange for the same item if the product was incorrectly sent, damaged or defective. We will bear the return fees and you will not be liable for any postage fees. Kindly return the orders in the same condition as they were sold.
- Help! I live overseas and my items don't fit well. How can I return my international order?
Thank you for shopping with us from where you are, we're glad you stopped by! We want to make returns as easy as possible for you.
To return your item, simply mail your item back to us. Head here for instructions on how to proceed with your return. Once we’ve received your item, we’ll return the amount to you in shopping credits that you can use at another time.
- How do I return a defective or faulty item?
If the item you received is defective or faulty, return your item and we'll sort that out for you.
- May I return or exchange a sale item?
All sale items are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are possible provided the size / alternative product you want to change to is still available.
In this case, the cost of shipping back to us is to be borne by the you.
- I just made a purchase and accidentally ordered the wrong item / size.
If this happened, quickly email us at email@example.com with your order number within two hours of your order being placed to ensure that we are aware of the changes. We will do our utmost best to accommodate the changes.
- Help! My discount code is not working.
Oh dear! When this happened, email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the informations of where and when you received the code and we will sort it out for you.
- Are sale items eligible for local delivery or international shipping?
Yes! Sale items are eligible for our regular door-to-door courier service, both locally and internationally.
For local orders in Singapore, we offer free delivery on all orders via Ninjavan.
For international orders, shipping is to be borne by shopper. Check our 'Delivery' section in our FAQ to find out the rates!
- What happens if the sale items I received have a defect?
If the sale items you received are defective or faulty, reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll sort that out with you.
- Can I apply a discount code on sale items?
Discount codes are not applicable on sale items.
