We provide free delivery on all orders to ASEAN countries
For countries outside of ASEAN, we offer free delivery for orders above $300
Our orders are shipped through DHL and our standard shipping rates are divided into Zones :
ZONE 3 (Australia, Taiwan, Korea) : SGD$25
ZONE 4 (China) : SGD$30
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Mark-down / Sale items are not eligible for returns, only exchanges are allowed. As for full priced items :
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
It doesn't matter whether you've tried the garment on or not as long as the returns tag remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold (have not been altered, washed, without make-up marks, etc.)
Original Shipping charges are non refundable. All Orders receive with Make-Up marks will be returned to sender.
For clients residing in Indonesia & Singapore, we will arrange a pick-up for refund or exchange items at our own cost.
**For clients residing outside of said countries, clients need to ship it back to us > take a picture of the shipping cost receipt > we will refund the shipping cost back to you accordingly.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

You may return items sold by silviateh.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, providing that the return tag remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition. Please note that original shipping charges are non refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

We are happy to exchange for the same item if the product is damaged, faulty, incorrectly shipped. We will bear the return fees and you will not be liable for any postage fees.
You may exchange for a smaller or bigger size. You also can exchange the product to a different style. However, It is your duty to return the order back to us in the same condition as sold. Original shipping charges will not apply when we are sending the new exchanged item back to you.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer from finding out.
When returning the parcel to us, please email us when you have delivered the item together with the tracking number. We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
