The project was given during my master course at Istituto Marangoni majoring in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management. The project was to create a marketing report of the chosen brand; involving Analytical Marketing, Strategic Marketing and Operational Marketing. I choose to work with the brand Gucci knowing it has gone through many important changes a while back and I figured it will be great to analyze what has changed; how do they improve their brand image with the current situation of inconspicuous consumerism and how their current CEO and Creative Director adapt strategies that make Gucci younger, fresher and to revive its exclusivity back. 

I took it upon myself to create a beautifully designed report and this report scores 93/100.
